| If you are in generally good health and your physician has requested that you have
a screening colonoscopy, we can frequently arrange your procedure without an office
visit. If you have significant medical problems or prefer to be seen in consultation before the procedure, we
will be happy to schedule an appointment.
Call our office at (239) 939-9939 and leave a message. One of our schedulers will contact you to complete the process, set up a
time and date and obtain a medical history and detailed insurance
information by phone. You will be provided with complete written
instructions to prepare yourself for the procedure. Follow the
instructions carefully and call our office if you have any questions or
problems. Please have your insurance cards and a list of
your medications available so you can provide
complete, accurate information. We routinely request preauthorization from
your insurance carrier in order to avoid payment problems.
