The Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America is a non-profit, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to finding the cure for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. This is an organization for patients with IBD (ulcerative colitis and Crohns disease). Our goal is to help meet emotional and educational needs and to share experiences with treatment and other aspects of living with these diseases. We extend an open invitation to people with inflammatory bowel disease, relatives who are afflicted with this disease, or those who simply have an interest in inflammatory bowel disease for other reasons.
